Because many of our products are handmade or custom‑made:

  • Custom orders may require additional processing time depending on complexity.

  • We will notify you if there are any unexpected delays.

Processing times do not include weekends or holidays.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Package size and weight

  • Selected shipping method

3. Delivery Times

Delivery times vary depending on your location and the carrier. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (when available).

  • Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.

  • Weather, customs, and carrier delays may affect delivery times.

4. Shipping Locations

We currently ship within Canada and may offer international shipping depending on the product and destination.

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees for international orders.

5. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Please ensure your shipping information is accurate at checkout.

Loot and Lore is not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses

  • Lost packages due to address errors

If a package is returned to us, additional shipping fees may apply to resend it.

6. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Once a package is handed to the carrier, it is their responsibility.

If your package is lost, stolen, or arrives damaged:

  • We may request photos or documentation to help resolve the issue

  • Claims may need to be filed with the carrier

We will do our best to support you through the process.

7. Local Pickup (If Applicable)

If local pickup is offered:

  • You will receive an email when your order is ready

  • Pickup times and location details will be provided

  • Orders must be picked up within the specified timeframe

8. Order Tracking

Tracking information will be provided when available. Some small items or letter‑mail shipments may not include tracking.
